SUBJECT : LIFTING OF MORATORIUM IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BRANCH AND SATELLITE

Please be informed that the moratorium on the establishment of Branch and Satellite has been lifted.  For registration of Branch and Satellite, please refer to the following Memorandum Circulars:

  1. Memorandum Circular 2015-11, Amended Policy Guidelines on the Establishment of Cooperative Branch
  2. Memorandum Circular 2012-17, Policy Guidelines for the Establishment of Cooperative’s Satellite Office

Please be guided accordingly.
