In light of the recent technical issues experienced within our reporting system, which caused delays and disruptions in the timely submission of required reports, we are issuing this advisory to inform all concerned parties that penalties for late submission of reports are hereby waived until May 15, 2025.
This consideration is being made to accommodate users affected by the system glitch and to ensure that all reports can be submitted properly without undue penalty.
We urge cooperatives to take this opportunity to finalize and submit their reports as soon as possible through the Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS) or Alternative Mode of Submission of Reports (OFFLINE CAPR)
The abovementioned waiving of penalty is approved by virtue of CDA Board Resolution No. 260, S-2025 dated May 2, 2025.
