In line with the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary of the Office of the President issued March 16, 2020 with the subject “Community Quarantine Over the Entire Luzon and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Situation”, and with the Announcement No. 13, s. 2020 of the Civil Service Commission with the subject “Alternate Work Arrangement in Light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine over the Entire Luzon”, and to proactively respond to conditions brought forth by the aforementioned pandemic that has reached the country, the following shall be the working arrangements in the CDA Central Office and all CDA Regional Offices beginning March 17, 2020 until April 13, 2020 or until such time the Enhanced Community Quarantine over Luzon has been lifted and conditions in the different Regions have improved:
