The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) advices the public that ORGANICO AGRIBUSINESS VENTURES CORPORATION, with address at Unit 7 UN Bldg., Aviles St., Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte, a duly registered entity with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Company Registration No. CS201806980 has no pending application for registration with the Authority to organize a cooperative.
The Authority has received information that individuals or group of persons representing ORGANICO AGRIBUSINESS VENTURES CORPORATION are enticing the public to invest online or thru internet. The Security and Exhange Commission has issued an advisory against this entity for possible violation of Securities Regulation Code (SRC) in the conduct of investment-taking activities without procuring the necessary secondary license. Furthermore, the said entity has a move to set-up a cooperative in order to get off the SEC and BSP of their bact and continue their investment scheme.
In view hereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise caution before investing in these kinds of activities and to take necessary precaution.
