The employees of Cooperative Development Authority – CDA Central Office has participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill held on June 20, 2019 at 2:00 in the afternoon. The said event was initiated and facilitated by the volunteers of CDA Emergency Response Team (ERT).
The said activity was participated by a total number of 93 employees wherein assigned Marshals per floor assisted them in following the procedure of duck, cover and hold. All employees and visitors were lead to the fire exit and gathered at the designated evacuation area. The process of headcount was conducted to ensure that everyone was able to vacate the building safely.
This event would not be successful without the willingness and cooperation of everyone to achieve the purpose of this earthquake drill which is to increase awareness and be prepared in times of disaster and calamity.
