CDA supports the initiatives of Filipino Inventors Society Producer Cooperative (FISPC) as it spearhead activities to celebrate the National Inventors Week (NIW) from November 13-16, 2014 in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). This is in line with the recently forged agreement of the CDA with the FISPC.
The National Inventors Week celebration includes Exposition and Marketing Trade fairs of cooperative products and inventions will be held at Upper Ground Floor, Event Center, Fisher Mall, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City and FISPC headquarters at the ground floor of Delta Building, West Avenue corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. Other activities also include symposium on “Imbensyon ko para sa bayan ko” and demonstrations of product inventions.
In partnership with the Media Affairs, Incorporated, FISPC arranged for the media mileage of the NIW and the cooperative sector in the Sunday Nationwide PBS-DZRB Radyo ng Bayan 1:05 to 3:00 pm public service program at a special broadcast package rate. FISPC will also publish a “Coffee Table Book” and NIW Souvenir Program.
All cooperatives are enjoined to participate in the activities lined up by the FISPC to celebrate the said occassion.
