CDA to implement Special Assistance for Recovery and Alleviation in 2024

The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), in coordination with the Office of the Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Tesoro Go and Office of Senator Imee Marcos will be implementing a cooperative development project this 2024 through the CDA’s Special Assistance for Recovery and Alleviation among the Philippine’s micro and small cooperatives.

This initiative is one of the Agency’s assistance to alleviate poverty situation in the local communities by giving deserving micro and small cooperatives financial asssistance. The cooperatives to be identified shall be in need of assistance in terms of business operation,  agricultural and non-agri production, additional capital including other necessary materials in relation to their operation.

In addition, the cooperatives shall qualify under CDA Memorandum Circular (MC) 2022-12 or the Guidelines on the Release of Financial Assistance/Grant to Micro and Small Cooperatives for Recovery and Alleviation.
