Luna, Apayao – A signing event was held on June 20, 2024, marking the donation of a 2,000-square meter parcel of land. The deed of donation was intended for the establishment of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) office in San Gregorio, Luna, Apayao.
The land was donated by the Local Government Unit of Luna, Apayao, facilitated by their Municipal Mayor, Hon. Josephine Bangsil. The Deed of Donation was formally signed by CDA Chairman, Usec. Joseph B. Encabo; Apayao Vice Governor Remy Albano; Atty. Franco Bawang, Jr., Regional Director of CDA – CAR Extension Office; and Mayor Bangsil.
The event was witnessed by Sean Ray Ortañez, Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS) of CDA Apayao; Lotes Lab-oyan, Senior CDS; and members of various cooperatives.
