The Local Government Unit of Candelaria under the administration of Mayor Napoleon Ebdane Edquid and the Cooperative Development Authority with the full support of the Department of Agriculture will be establishing a Mango Processing Plant in the North Luzon.
This project will processed tons of mangos from Zambales and nearby provinces and will be operated by the Candelaria Farmers Cooperative.
