NOTICE TO CDA’S VALUED CLIENTS (December 1, 2021)

Beginning December 1, 2021, visitors at the CDA Head Office shall be required to present one of the following documents to the Security Personnel before being allowed access to the office premises:

a. Valid Vaccination Card; or
b. Negative result of an RT-PCR test taken within the last 48 hours.

The document/s presented must indicate the name and other details of the visiting individual/s.

Clients may also contact the CDA directly through the email address and/or the telephone number of the unit concerned (https://cda.gov.ph/contact-us/).

This is to help ensure the safety and security of the general public visiting the CDA, and its employees.
