The proposed Omnibus Rules of Procedure is in furtherance of the regulatory functions of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Republic Act 11364 and Republic Act 9520.The Authority is now consulting the cooperative sector to solicit their comments/suggestions to the proposed rules of procedure.
