Notice is hereby given to the public that BAGUIO BENGUET TECHNOLOGY CREDIT COOPERATIVE (BBTCC) was previously registered with the Cooperative Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region Extension Office but has been issued a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER in 2016 due to various complaints filed before this office against the said cooperative and for the conduct of unauthorized activities inconsistent with its purpose.
In this regard, any and all transactions with the said cooperative through its manager, ARVRIAN TINGCHUY should not be entertained and honored.
LET THE PUBLIC BE ADVISED.
