Please be notified that the Cavsur Transport Cooperative with principal address at #81 JP Rizal Street, Barangay Sabutan, Silang, Cavite, registered with this Extension Office under Certificate of Registration No. 9520-1040000000038780 dated July 13, 2017,
has a registered area of operation of Regions IV-A (CALABARZON) and XIII (CARAGA) only. Further, the by-laws provide a membership fee of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,OOO.OO). Hence, they shall not collect more than the by-laws require.
The general public is hereby advised to exercise utmost diligence and prudence in transacting with this cooperative due to received complaints that its Officers are collecting more than hundred thousand of pesos to members and is recruiting members outside of its area of operation. A Show Cause Order dated August 20, 2019 was likewise issued to the cooperative after a Special Examination was conducted relative to this.
