RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE FINANCING PROGRAM

The Cooperative Development Authority fully supports the financing program of the Development Bank of the Philippines. The Residential Real Estate Financing Program (RRFP) is DBP’s umbrella program to support the Bank’s strategic thrust of social development through the provision of accessible financing to support shelter production and secure tenure delivery.

The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) is a proactive and responsive lead government agency for the promotion of sustained growth and full development of the Philippines cooperatives for them to become broad - based instruments of social justice, equity and balanced national progress.
