DAVAO CITY – On March 04, 2024, Atty. Earl D.F. Larroder, Chief of the Legal Unit of CDA Region XI Extension Office and Paul Ryan R. Simbajon, Cooperatives Development Specialist II attended the meeting with the City Cooperative Development Office of Davao City which discussed the Conciliation and Mediation Training and the conduct of a Legal Forum for the Cooperatives in Davao City in the month of May.

The Conciliation and Mediation Training aims to emphasize the vital role of mediation and conciliation to the cooperative officers to equip them with ample understanding and strategies to conduct mediation proceedings, as necessary, in their respective cooperatives.

Furthermore, the Legal Forum for the Cooperatives in Davao City shall put emphasis on discussing and clarifying comprehensively the CDA Omnibus Rules of Procedure. Such a forum aims to raise awareness and impart valuable insights to the cooperatives in terms of legal framework to ensure their enduring progress.
