DAVAO CITY- To wrap up its list of successful and sought after seminar on the CDA Omnibus Rules of Procedures, the Legal Unit of the Cooperative Development Authority in Region 11 conducted its last leg of its series of Seminars on the CDA Omnibus Rules of Procedures for the year 2023 in Digos City, Davao Del Sur through the invitation of the Provincial Cooperative Union of Davao Del Sur under the leadership of Mr. Randy A. Albores, Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

Around 60 participants from the various cooperatives in Davo Del Sur attended the said seminar held at Crisbelle Crown Center, National Highway, San Jose, Digos City, Davao Del Sur. The resource person for the said event were Atty. Earl D.F. Larroder, Legal Officer of the CDA Davao and Ms. Fe Laud, CDS II for Davo del Sur.

Atty. Larroder gave an insightful and interesting seminar on the salient features of the new CDA Omnibus Rules of Procedures while Ms. Laud discussed the Codes of Ethical Standards for Cooperatives. Also present in the event were Mr. Paul Ryan S. Simbajon, CDS II for the Legal Unit and Mr. Saint Tammy Presores, CDS II for Davao Del Sur. The participants were also given the opportunity for a free legal consultation during the said event.
