CDA Region 11 Welcomes Its New Attorney III

DAVAO CITY – On 27 July 2022, Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 11 Director Ruben L. Cunanan administered the oath of office of the newly appointed Attorney III, Atty. Earl D.F. Larroder at the Office of the Regional Director, CDA Regional Office 11, Davao City.

Atty. Larroder will take the helm of CDA’s Legal Section in Region 11 effective 27 July 2022.

The ceremonial oath-taking was witnessed by Mr. Carlo Boji M. Nazareno Supervision and Examination Section Senior CDS (far right) and Mr. Rickie C. Villarino, HRMO (far left).
