CDA XI Conducts 2025 Work and Financial Plan & Budgeting cum Target Setting and Planning Workshop
The conduct of the 2025 Work and Financial Plan & Budgeting cum Target Setting and Planning Workshop was a resounding success. It was attended by all the CDA XI personnel and was held last January 15-17, 2025 at CDA REO XI Conference Hall. The activity aimed to discuss about the triumphs and hurdles in the 2024 implementation of activities, present and discuss the targets for 2025, develop strategic plan anchored to the thrusts and directions set for 2025, and keep everyone in the loop as they express their commitment and accountability on the achievement of the agency’s goals for 2025.
Acting Supervising CDS Rhandy S. Corro presented and cascaded the information pertaining to the Cooperative Development Authority’s Strategic Direction and Monitoring Strategy. Such presentation has brought more clarity in terms of the agency’s achievement of the set targets.
Through a facilitated workshop, the members of each unit convened and were able to discuss about how each member can contribute to the harmonized implementation of activities. The Senior Cooperatives Development Specialists alongside their supervisees were able to plan out how to ensure an enhanced productivity and accountability of each staff involved. Each unit presented their group output which was constructively critiqued by other groups. Everyone was encouraged to provide comments or inputs and share their thoughts on how each target can be achieved efficiently and effectively.
To ensure a better teamwork and efficient problem-solving of organizational challenges, a discussion on current issues and concerns in the workplace was also facilitated. It served as an opportune time for everyone to express the current hurdles they encounter in the workplace that affect their performance.
Regional Director Glenn S. Garcia commended everyone by recognizing the team’s collective and best efforts. To increase their productivity and improve their performance in the 2025 implementation, he continued to inspire everyone by emphasizing the importance of communication, coordination, and collaboration. ###
