DAVAO CITY – On 08 May 2023, Assistant Secretary and concurrent Acting Administrator Myrla B. Paradillo led the ceremonial oath-taking of newly hired and promoted personnel of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). The ceremony was witnessed by CDA Board of Directors, key officials, and staff at the central office in Quezon City and by those assigned in regional offices through an online virtual platform.

Included in the roster of newly promoted personnel nationwide is Regional Office 11’s Ms. Niña Buena Joyce V. Balagat. Ms. Balagat was promoted from her previous position as Administrative Office I (Cashier I) to Cooperatives Development Specialist II.

After her promotion, she shall assume her post at the Regional Office XI and under the Supervision and Examination Section.
