DAVAO CITY – On 07 September 2023, the Davao Oriental State University (DORSU), as represented by the Cooperative Development Center Director Dr. Jeni A. Nicolas and Special Needs Education Program Head Dr. Robie V. Catubigan presented the state university’s version of modules for the Training of Trainers (TOT) Program to a panel composed of CDA XI technical personnel led by Supervising CDS Antonio C. Escobar and CRITS Senior CDS Maria Theresa B. Dave.

On 09 December 2022, DORSU and CDA XI inked a MOA authorizing DORSU to train prospective Cooperative Training Providers (CTPROs), making the university as the first educational institution in Region XI to offer the TOT Program. /jav
