NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Please be informed that relative to CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2024-09, otherwise known as the “One-Time Grant of Amnesty for Dissolved Cooperative and Cooperatives with Pending Involuntary Dissolution Cases or Non-Compliant Cooperatives and the Requirements and Procedures for Availing of the Same”, the Authority through its Legal Unit is now in the process of issuing the Order of Cancellation of cooperatives who have failed to apply for the amnesty program which expired on November 30, 2024.

All cooperatives ordered to dissolved and/or those with pending involuntary dissolution cases for more than one (1) year, shall be issued with an ORDER OF CANCELLATION of their Certificate of Registration which will prevent them from reviving or rehabilitating.

Cooperative tagged as non-compliant but have no pending involuntary dissolution cases shall be subjected to the regular involuntary dissolution proceeding and its Certificate of Registration may be cancelled within one (1) year for failure to comply.
