DAVAO CITY – On March 04, 2024, the Legal Unit of CDA XI, through Atty. Earl D.F. Larroder, Chief of the Legal Unit, was successful in their conduct of a clarificatory conference regarding an election dispute of a cooperative in Davao City.
The clarificatory conference is a formal avenue for the petitioners and respondents of a dispute to thoroughly discuss and clarify the allegations/issues, facts, stances and rules applicable. It aims to promote an orderly and harmonious communication within the members and officers thereof the cooperative to arrive at a sound and mutual understanding.
The successful Clarificatory Conference was held at the CDA-DEO Conference Room, 3rd Floor, CDA-Region Office, SPMC Compound, Friendship Road, Dumanlas, Buhangin, Davao City. Both parties were present, and thus were able to put forth their respective sides which allowed them to resolve their dispute peacefully.
