Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Assistant Secretary and Administrator Santiago Lim visited CDA Extension Office XII on May 22, 2024, in Kidapawan City. Visitation to all EOs in the entire country is one of the programs of the Office of the Administrator, during his meeting with EO XII personnel, ASec. Lim discussed the plans and programs in his office that include the welfare of CDA employees. He also talked about the Authority’s flagship program on merger and consolidation of cooperatives.

After ASec. Lim’s meet and greet with the employees, the Region’s Section Heads gave updates on the status and challenges of each section.

Moreover, ASec Lim’s short stay in Kidapawan was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of leadership engagement and open communication. It reinforced the CDA’s commitment to its mission and provided a strong foundation for future collaboration and success. Acting RD Juriski B. Mangelen together with all the Kidapawan EO employees is looking forward to better growth, innovation, and a shared vision for the future.
