ORDER OF CANCELLATION

WHEREAS, on March 26, 2024, the Authority issued CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2024-09, Series of 2024 or the “One-Time Grant of Amnesty for Dissolved Cooperatives and Cooperatives with Pending Involuntary Dissolution Cases or Noncompliant Cooperatives and the Requirements and Procedures for Availing the Same;

WHEREAS, the Authority published the list of dissolved cooperatives and noncompliant cooperatives with pending involuntary dissolution cases in the CDA Website, Official Facebook Page of CDA Region XII Extension Office (CDA XII) and in conspicuous places in the Provincial Government of every province in Region XII, as well as in the bulletin board of CDA XII;

WHEREAS, under the same Memorandum Circular, all cooperatives listed in the published list have until November 30, 2024, to file their respective applications for amnesty, otherwise, an Order of Cancellation shall forthwith be issued for those who failed to file an application;

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers and duties vested in me by law and pursuant to CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2024-09, Series of 2024, I hereby order the CANCELLATION of the Certificate of Registration of the cooperatives listed in Annex “A” of this Order for failure to avail of the amnesty granted under the aforesaid Memorandum Circular.

Further, the Authority shall remove the name of the listed cooperatives in the
Registry of Cooperatives, and cause the publication of the Notice of the Cancelled
Cooperatives and the the order of cancellation in the Authority’s bulletin boards.
