At 10:00am on April 21, 2022, officers and cooperative members of the RCO Finance cluster of Region 12 convened on its first regular virtual meeting presided by its Chairperson Maria Fe A. Pineda of Sta. Catalina Multipurpose Cooperative.  Asec Vidal Villanueva III was not be able to attend the meeting but he was represented by his Chief of Staff Ms. Elfleda “Dada” Villanueva. CDA Region 12 Dir. Elma R. Oguis also attended the meeting.
