On March 17, 2025, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Caraga participated in a significant event hosted by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at the Watergate Hotel in Butuan City. The event featured an orientation for the Government Internship Program (GIP), the roll-out of the GIP Information System (MIS), and the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with 117 participating government entities, including 78 National Government Agencies (NGAs), 30 LGU-based PESOs, and 9 other government bodies. The partnership aims to provide valuable internship opportunities for youth in the region, with hopes that successful interns will be absorbed into full-time positions, showcasing the quality and potential of the next generation of public servants.
