The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) is in full support of the coconut sector in the Caraga Region and proudly participates in the celebration of the 2024 Caraga Coconut Festival.

Under the leadership of Dr. Monatao Honeya R. Alawi, PhD, the CDA has sponsored a special setting for the festival, featuring a wide array of coconut products displayed throughout the duration of the event at Robinsons Place, Butuan City.

Dr. Alawi, affirming the Agency’s commitment, attended the opening ceremony on August 12, 2024, alongside the heads of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), and other agencies involved in the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP).

The 2024 Caraga Coconut Festival is scheduled to run from August 12-18, 2024.
