The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region XIII Extension Office recently underwent an internal quality audit (IQA) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The audit, held from June 25-27, 2024, was conducted by the IQA team from Region IX EO.
Regional Director Monatao Honeya R. Alawi expressed her full support for the activity and encouraged all CDA personnel to actively participate. The IQA team also presented the approved audit plan, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
The audit covered various sections and units within the office, includingRegistration, CRITS, CPDAS, CSF, Legal, and more. This comprehensive review aimed to identify areas for improvement and maintain the effectiveness of CDA’s quality management system (QMS).
The audit findings were presented during an exit conference on June 27, 2024, allowing for open discussion and continuous improvement.
