On November 4, 2024, TUV team leader Ms. Abigail Salomon audited the CDA Region XIII Extension Office for a recertification audit joined remotely by Mr. Lionell Aala. The audit reviewed key processes including Management, IQA, GSS, Procurement, and HR on-site, with remote assessments of CPDAS, CRITS, SES, Registration, Legal, and ICTS. Regional Director Monatao Honeya R. Alawi, PhD, highlighted the audit’s role in enhancing agency processes. There was no Non Conformity to the standard, and the wrap-up meeting celebrated best practices and identified areas for improvement.
