Revitalizing cooperative services and cultivating a positive workplace

The CDA RXIII Extension Office recently wrapped up its Quarterly Staff Meeting cum Team Building event held at Space Bar Resort, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur on September 12, 2023. This gathering united all CDA RXIII personnel to assess their quarterly performance, nurture camaraderie, and fortify relationships among employees.

The morning session focused on evaluating the cumulative achievements during the first eight months of the year, aligning with the Work and Financial Plan Targets for FY 2023. This comprehensive assessment gauged the organization’s performance and identified and resolved work-related challenges.

During this session, the Planning Section spearheaded discussions, addressing both internal and external factors impacting office performance. Management actively participated, emphasizing the significance of compliance with Risk and Opportunity Registers as part of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001:2015 accreditation by TUV Rheinland.

The event also featured a presentation on the Procedures of Involuntary Dissolution by the Legal Section. Rea Charlyn G. Miranda, CDS I/Legal Assistant, provided a thorough explanation of the procedures, and legal template forms were distributed to all field personnel to ensure meticulous adherence to involuntary dissolution protocols.

The latter part of the event embraced enjoyable games and surprises organized by the HR Unit as part of “Lagsik CDA Caraga Year 4.” These activities aimed to foster camaraderie and unity among CDA CARAGA personnel. All employees actively participated in the games and enjoyed the surprises prepared by the facilitators. Activities included team groupings, spirited cheers and chants, team-building games, and collaborative challenges. The one-day event concluded with smiles and laughter among all personnel, culminating in the “Mr. and Ms. Best Dressed of the Night” competition.

In summary, the event proved to be a well-rounded and successful initiative, contributing to the professional development and team cohesion of CDA RXIII Extension Office personnel. ******
