The annual inspection of the four (4) Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives in Region 02, as mandated in R.A. 10744 or the Credit Surety Fund Cooperative Act of 2015, was successfully conducted as scheduled:
Cagayan CSF Cooperative (May 20-21, 2025);
Cauayan City CSF Cooperative (May 22-23, 2025);
Santiago City CSF Cooperative (June 23-24, 2025); and
Nueva Vizcaya CSF Cooperative (June 26-27, 2025).
The program aimed to come up with findings and recommendations in compliance with R.A. 9520 and the IRR of R.A. 10744. Remarkably, Nueva Vizcaya CSF Cooperative obtained no findings for the year 2024 operations except for a few observations. The CDA inspectors, Elmira E. Reyes, Sr. Cooperatives Development Specialist-CSF Section, CDA R02; John Erick E. Zepeda, Cooperatives Development Specialist II, CSFS Head Office.; and Jeryson T. Manding, Cooperatives Development Specialist I, CDA R02, expressed gratitude for the support and active participation of the officers during the inspection of the four special types of cooperatives.
