CDA Region 2 Extension Office sends its congratulations to Engr. Rodelio D. Diego, Ph.D., Cooperatives Development Officer of Santiago City, for being elected as the Vice-President of the League of Cooperative Development Officers (LCDOP) – National and to Mr. Raymundo Dela Cruz, Chairperson of the Regional Cooperative Development Council – Region II for being elected as Treasurer of the National Cooperatives Development Council (NCDC).
