CODAC Holds Second Quarterly Meeting, Endorses Credit Surety Fund Program to RDC Level

The Committee on Development Administration and Communication (CODAC) successfully conducted its Second Quarterly Meeting on June 19, 2025 at Pamegafanan Hall, DEPDev-RDC Building, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City.
A key highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the Credit Surety Fund (CSF) Program by Ms. Elmira E. Reyes, Senior Cooperatives Development Specialist of the CSF Section, CDA Region 2.
The CSF Program aims to increase the creditworthiness of cooperatives and micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) for access to bank credit facilities.
CODAC members expressed full support for the program and agreed to endorse it to the Regional Development Council (RDC) for further deliberation and for the issuance of an RDC Resolution enjoining the support of LGUs in the CSF Program.

The endorsement will be presented during the 135th RDC Full Council Meeting on June 25, 2025, at Pulsar Premier Suites, Buntun Highway, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
