CDA Regional Office II partners with St. Mary’s University College of Law through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for the implementation of the CDA Law Awareness Program (CLAP) in the SMU Boardroom, st. Mary’s University, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, today October 16, 2024. USEC. Joseph Joseph-Myra Ballota Encabo of Cooperative Development Authority and SMU President Dr. John Octavius Palina shared the same objective in the role of law schools in the information dissemination and awareness of RA 9520 and RA 11364 in order to emphasize the indispensable role of cooperatives in nation-building and the promotion of social justice.
