Today, marks the beginning of the partnership and collaboration between CDA Region 2 Extension Office and the Nueva Vizcaya State University (NSVU). Atty. Jovilyn M. Gaffud-Marquez and Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr. led the MOA signing representing their respective Offices. This collaboration aims to widen the reach of the conduct of Training of Trainers for Accredited Cooperative Training Providers (CTPro), all geared towards the promotion, growth and sustainability of cooperatives in the Region. Also present during this momentous occasion representing Asec. Abdulsalam A. Guinomla, CDA Board Member III and Head of the Education, Advocacy and Union Cluster is his Executive Assistant, Arghanaim Amboludto and Ansano Ali. CDA R2 also acknowledges the invaluable support of Dr. Nieto Bacena, who played a pivotal role in the realization of this noteworthy endeavor.
