On August 25, 2023, Quirino State University (QSU) has opened its doors to zealous cooperative leaders through its Training for Trainers Program for Cooperative Training Providers (CTPro). This day marks the start of the fruitful partnership between the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and QSU. Together, we shall aim to further improve the capability and skills of coop leaders in the region by providing wider access to training.
