April 17, 2023, was a momentous event for the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 2, – The oath taking and installation of its New Regional Director (RD), Atty. Jovilyn M. Gaffud – Marquez.
This event marks the symbolic passing of leadership, as the outgoing administration of Atty. Franco G. Bawang, Jr, hands over responsibilities to the incoming RD, Atty. Jovilyn M. Gaffud –Marquez, marking the beginning of a new chapter filled with fresh ideas and opportunities for the cooperative sector.
Together, we extend our well wishes to RD Frank as he continues his journey with CDA CAR and warmly welcome RD Jovi to the CDA Region 2 family.
