DEADLINE EXTENSION ANNOUNCEMENT
To all CDA Regulated Entities (CDAREs) offering financial products and services (excluding Cooperative Banks and Insurance Cooperatives):
The deadline for the submission of the Gap Analysis Report and Board-Approved Action Plan under MC No. 2023-14 (IRR of RA 11765 – FCPA) has been extended to July 31, 2025.
This is the final extension, as approved through Board Resolution No. 376, Series of 2025. All CDAREs are urged to take advantage of this opportunity to submit accurate assessments and actionable plans aligned with consumer protection standards.
