On August 15, 2023, CDA Region 3 EO-CSF Section headed by Ms. Jasmin P. Barroga; Acting Sr. CDS with Mr. Rogelio Padua, Jr.; PCDS of Tarlac and Ms. Gail S. Cruz-CDS I, rendered technical assistance on the preparation of documentary requirements prior to registration. The criteria to be a CSF member were discussed, such as: 1) Must be well-capitalized with an adjusted asset of at least 1 million pesos and adjusted capital to adjusted assets ratio of at least 20% and 2) Must be well-managed primary cooperative. The TCSF together with CDA R3 will conduct a re-evaluation of existing members for qualification.
