The Tarlac Credit Surety Fund (TCSF), an organized CSF by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), conducted a meeting on August 15, 2023 in order to discuss the registration of TCSF through the Credit Surety Fund Cooperative- Information System (CSFC-IS). The said activity was attended by the representatives of six (6) primary cooperative members namely: Mr. Sol Gonzales, Mr. Alex Cancio, Mr. Nelson De Leon
Ms. Sarah Agustin, Ms. Alma Dancel and Ms. Fe Cuchapin.
The CDA Region 3 EO – CSF team spearheaded by Ms. Jasmin P. Barroga; Acting Sr. CDS together with Mr. Rogelio Padua Jr.; PCDS of Tarlac and Ms. Gail S. Cruz; CDS I attended the said meeting. The actual process of registration through the Credit Surety Fund Cooperative-Information System (CSFC-IS) was discussed as well as the briefing on RA 10744 and the CSF Manual of Operation for their guidance.
From the discussion, the group showed their enthusiasm to register the proposed Tarlac Credit Surety Fund Cooperative (TCSFC) to the Cooperative Development Authority. They were given the assurance that CDA R3 CSFC Section will render the necessary technical assistance to realize their aim to be registered.
