Please be guided that No person shall be authorized to transact for and in behalf of those cancelled cooperatives in pursuit of its business except for liquidation purposes as their juridical personality shall cease to exist. Further, it is no longer allowed to continue to use the word โ€œCooperativeโ€ and enjoy the privileges, otherwise, such persons shall be prosecuted in accordance with Art. 140, R.A. 9520. Any issued Business/Mayor’s Permit may also be revoked by virtue of the cancellation.
