Notice to the Public: Posting of Lists of Dissolved and Non-Compliant Cooperatives Eligible for Amnesty

In accordance with CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2024-09, the CDA R4B Extension Office has posted the lists of dissolved cooperatives and cooperatives with pending involuntary dissolution cases or non-compliance issues, eligible for the “One-Time Grant of Amnesty.”

These cooperatives are encouraged to file their applications by November 30, 2024, to avoid the issuance of an Order of Cancellation.
