Notice to the Public: Posting of List of Cancelled Cooperatives Within the Jurisdiction of CDA R4B Extension Office for Failure to Avail the “One-Time Grant of Amnesty”

Pursuant to CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2024- 09 entitled “One-Time Grant of Amnesty for Dissolved Cooperatives and Cooperatives with Pending Involuntary Dissolution Cases or Non-Compliant Cooperatives and the Requirements and Procedures for Availing of the Same,” all covered cooperatives are given until November 30, 2024 to file their respective applications, otherwise, an Order of Cancellation shall be forthwith issued for all pending cases on record.
