On July 11, 2024, a significant event unfolded at the Marison Hotel in Legazpi City, marking the formal installation of Atty. Emilio D. Escueta III as the full-fledged Regional Director of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 5 Extension Office. The ceremony took place during the CDA Performance Assessment and Planning Conference, a momentous occasion spearheaded by Undersecretary Joseph Encabo and the esteemed CDA Board of Directors, alongside Administrator Santiago Lim.
Atty. Emilio D.
