Naga City – An unexpected message of appreciation to the CDA’s CFIDP Implementation was conferred by a participant during the Training on Policy Development and Rules Formulation last August 8-9, 2024 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.
Mr. Brigido R. Alambra, Board of Director of the Bicolandia Organic Coconut Farmers Agriculture Cooperative (BoCoFAC) expressed his gratitude to the CDA – for taking its part in the implementation of the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Program (CFIDP) – through a literary piece which he personally written and presented while attending the said training. This literary piece was transcribed as follows:
Mr. Alambra recited his piece in front of 116 attendees composed of officers and members of different coconut farmers’ cooperatives in the Province of Camarines Sur. Through the piece, he expressed his gratitude for learning the correct way of developing policies and formulating rules in the cooperative, which was discussed by the CDA Regional Director Atty. Emilio D. Escueta and CDS II Marie Chris G. Valencia.
The attendees also shared their gratitude as they went home with new learnings and kits that will help them create better guidelines that’s not only improves the services and experience of its member but also protects the cooperative from crumbling down due to the absence of rules and policies.
