The CDA Region 5 Extension Office, through Atty. Emilio D. Escueta III, the Acting Assistant Regional Director, and Mr. Jon Andrei Emmanuel O. Banday, the Designated Protocol Officer, attended the Meet and Greet with the Heads of National Government Agencies in Bicol, held on 09 March 2023 at the Conference Room of PMS Building, Old Airport Road, Legazpi City.

The occasion was graced by Presidential Management Staff Undersecretary Mark Roa Gimenez of the Office for Service Continuity and Office for Regional and International Concerns.

Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 was presented by NEDA Region 5 Director, Engr. Luis G. Banua. The program culminated with the signing of Pledge of Commitment on the said development plan.
