CDA Regional Director Nora P. Patron, MBA, PhD., attended the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict – Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) Meeting last March 1, 2022 at Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iznart St., Iloilo City. The meeting was initiated by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority as head agency for the cluster.
