Building strategic alliances and partnership is undertaken by the CDA, TESDA and other government agencies to bring together institutional capabilities and human resources in the form of skills, experiences and ideas to meet up the common obstacles of cooperative organizations in sustaining their economic and social endeavors.
The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) had forged a Memorandum of Agreement between Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) establishing a close partnership among parties for cooperatives dubbed as “SKOOPLARSHIP” which aimed to strengthen the capacity and competence of the cooperative members, officers and staff of cooperative through access to technical and skill development training.
