Leganes, Iloilo -The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 6 successfully hosted a soft launching of financial assistance to micro cooperatives under the Special Assistance for Recovery and Alleviation (SARA) Program for seven (7) cooperatives in Region VI that were severely affected by Typhoon Odette that hit the country sometime in December 17, 2021.
