Cooperative Development Authority and Department of Information and Communications Technology Forging an Agreement for the Digital Jobs Training for Cooperatives

The Cooperative Development Authority and Department of Information Communciations Technology(DICT) forged a Memorandum of Agreement on August 26, 2021 in a blended platform. The MOA speaks of the Digital Jobs Training Program (digitaljobsPH) to be cascaded to a partner cooperative identified by CDA.
The idea of the partnership was coined in the plans of the Economic Development Committee of the Regional Development Council, that is, to invest in human capital, support businessess and government spends to pump prime the economy.
The agreement digitaljobsPH Training Program provides technical training and capacitate the countryside to increase ICT skills and increase hireability in a technologically dominated environment.
DICT Secretary, Honorable Gregorio Honasan II, approved for the MOA signing represented by the DICT Director Frederick DC Amores. Dr. Nora P. Patron, Director III of CDA Region 7 signed the MOA.
